Our computer tracking system is always being upgraded to make us the technical leader in the industry. We offer comprehensive tracking information from your office to our record management facility. From the moment your authorized representative calls, our software begins to operate. From the record center, to the staging area, into the delivery van, to your office, and back again, the carton or file is tracked by barcodes which can even identify the employee removing the item.

Combined with a Symbol PDT3100 laser barcode scanner, which acts as an information shuttle to our computer network, Nassau’s system has a built-in audit trail for all record movement activities. Our system provides instant information on the current status and location of any item whenever it’s needed.

Nassau’s system flexibility enables separate departments within your company to have a complete range of customized specifications including tailored invoice formats, delivery-specific addresses, retention schedules and more. Each carton and file is tracked separately, allowing our service technicians to determine instantly whether your request is in progress or completed. At any given time, we can provide you with detailed information on the status of your particular carton or file.

Your vital data is backed-up daily and taken off-site. Our computer system is connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply which keeps our hardware from going down in an electrical problem.
